FAQs
-
These boys came from a sheep farmer that typically sends all ram lambs to slaughter. (This is common practice to prevent inbreeding when a large-scale sheep farming outfit lambs out many rams every year.) The farmer said the boys’ mom was his favorite sheep he’s ever had in 70 years of farming them, and he didn’t have the heart to send these guys to slaughter. They came to us as bottle babies and have been growing ever since!

The boys are not available for adoption just yet, but will be soon. They have to be vetted and once healed, we will be taking applications on them. The will go to pet-only homes and will be castrated, so cannot be used for breeding. Special preference will be taken for applications that are applying for all three boys. We do check vet references, so be sure your veterinarian provides care for sheep.

All proceed’s go towards the castrations, vaccinations and medications for the boys’ upcoming veterinary appointment.

The boys were born in April of 2024. It’s hard to believe they are just babies since they are so big!
